Rotary Lunch - Farnham Memorial Hall - 22nd March

Having seen the Pantastic Players perform in 2007 for the Farnham Lions at the Rural Life Centre, Tilford we were invited to play for a Rotary Lunch for the elderly of Farnham attended by the Mayor.

I took along Pantasia and Panache and they played brilliantly. Carol from Panstix helped play a couple of pieces as Lyn was at her son's Wedding.

More than one person said it was the best entertainment they had ever had.

Fetcham Village Infants' May Fair - May 9th

This was a lovely gig for Pantasia to do as many of them went to the school when they were little. It started quite a bright day, but then rained on and off so we had to use the gazebo. It was very cold and windy too. Pantasia played well - this was the first time they had performed "Don't Stop Believin'".

St. Lawrence Summer Fair - Effingham - June 13th

As Lyn's grandson now goes to St. Lawrence she gained us a gig booking here for their Summer Fair. Panache and Pantasia played a couple of great sets of pieces including Blue Danube Waltzes, Moon River, Don't Stop Believin' and Eleanor Rigby.

As Tara has not learned Just can't wait to be King and Caroline has just learned it and will be performing it at the Summer Concert she stepped in and played with them.

Bookham Village Day - June 20th

Unfortunately Heidi and Vicky were away on camp this weekend and Ellen was away, but the other members of Pantasia still helped out with other bands and played together.

Reigate Street Party- 4th July

Ellen's Aunt invited us to her annual Street Party which they have held ever since the Golden Jubilee. It was a hot, but very windy day, and fortunately all players were able to perform.
We had the added bonus of an ice cream van to cool us down. The residents seemed very appreciative of our performance.

Creative Celebration Day - 12th September

Pantasia played for the newly named Arts Alive event this year in the Swan Centre Leatherhead and managed to get their pictures in the paper.

So many people gathered to watch and were really impressed by their performance.

My Mum sold 2 CD's and I now have a new lady learning to play whose daughter saw this performance.
